Employment is basically a relation between two parties where one party (employer) gives a job to another party (employee) as a job package where he has to perform some specific tasks as told by the employer. The main drawback of being an employee is that you’ll bound to only that work. There’s nothing to learn new and you;ll have less freedom, and money, as it is fixed by the company or the employer.
While, Entrepreneurship is the “self-employment” in simple words where you are your own boss and you start your own work or project. Of course it is not that simple as there is your investment completely and the risk factor is very high. But here you are not bound to earnings, working time and you can always learn something new whenever you want. If we conclude entrepreneurship in one line, we can say that it is a challenge you take and do hard work to gets it. It can be a long process as it take a long time to get the knowledge of market in the same business and experience, but it will worth it once you are settled.
